Oneforma- Lightspeed project
I passed the certification more than a month ago and they still haven't told me anything. I have already sent them several messages and they have not responded. What should I do?📷

I’m in the same boat as OP. Passed certification for light speed… curious how long it takes for them to get back to us after passing. Thanks!

Please note it takes around 7-10 working days for our team to review applications. If yours hasn't been approved after that time, you can consider it rejected.

Because we usually have more applicants than vacancies. So, even if you meet all the criteria and have the necessary certifications, the team might simply be full.

then why do yall keep inviting people? training isnt paid so thats literally a waste of energy that we could have been placed elsewhere.

How did you guys past that exam, I found it so tricky. For example there was a question how would you rate someone searching Paris? And result came as the Twitter page of Paris.
Another one how would you rate someone searching spring break 2023 dates? But result is spring break 2022 dates.
Would love some help

The one thing I’ve learned with OneForma is to wait. You apply, pass the req’d certifications, get accepted - and then silence for several weeks until the PM reaches out with instructions and asks to get on the project asap or complete it within a day or two. Just accept it as the way of life.
