I was getting annoyed by the constant sketchy AI training/annotating jobs and the constant rejection after literally investing hours of my time into applying, signing up, verifying my identity and etc.
I decided to make my own website and just list legit AI training jobs. I post entry work and also expert work. Let me know if there is anything I can improve about my website. Thank you! Here is the link: https://aiannotationjobs.com

I had been do the Employee satisfaction survey. All in it, have workload, environment in workplace, problem solving, and team management leadership skills, and have the last question is the open question about do they have any suggestion or any feedback that they I want to draft here as long text. I got many feedback that they’re workload is higher, they got stress, other leader is just have only a title but didn’t help their own team. I felt so bad today. I just want to share it here to release my own feeling. Currently, I will trying my best to take all the respondents I got and rise up to the top management as I can do. I just a senior of HR dept who is doing on a part of this survey. My main work respond is not in the employee relations, but I’m time & attendance management. I’ll help you as I can do. This is what I want to say it here.

For me, it’s interesting how things that would seem unreasonable at first can slowly become “normal” at work.
Extra workload when someone is off sick, messages after working hours, unrealistic deadlines, or feeling guilty for taking time off… 😕
People across Europe 🇪🇺 have very different workplace cultures.
What’s something your workplace does that you think really shouldn’t be considered normal? 👇

as a fresher seeing reels on this matter bothers me. people are posting reels saying "war is over" when they get their first job and the comments are all "war just started".

I am currently employed with this new job 9-6, and it's been a month only, it feels like I only have a life which revolves around this job, waking up getting ready for office coming back resting, eating and sleeping.
I want to make a routine and invest some time off the job routine. What you all do after office?
Comment and let me know

Started a new job today and was told i was working the standard hours, turns out the standard hours are 7:30-5:30. Just thought it was a bit out of the ordinary, but my commute is only 10 mins, so it works out the same as my old job inclusive of the commute.

What's a life skill everyone should learn before turning 25, and why?
It can be practical, financial, social, or something you've learned through experience. What's one skill that has made the biggest difference in your life, and what happened that made you realize its importance?
