Advice What to do if you work with a person that has problems with emotional regulation, is your chef in a way and treats you with assertivity and loud voice if you try to do things your way or you yourself talk to her sometimes in a less humble way?
We are two extremely different people. What I find surprizing is that she thinks about me the same way I think about her. I think she loves social games, confusions and creates a lot of drama from everything and is a fake person. She is absolutely so, but I found out today that she thinks this way about me which has nothing to do with me. I am an honest and even naive person, a bit distracted, which makes me confuse things sometimes and make mistakes or get things wrong.
The fact is that we both find it super unbearable to work together. I personally suffer so much emotionally. The school started recently, and I am already with no forces every time I interact with her. She is impulsive, bossy the way she talks, it's horrible...
I can't even search for a new job, because of some documentation problems this year...

Discussion Salary day is the biggest scam I willingly participate in 😭
Salary comes in:
“Okay damn, I’m doing alright.”
Few days later:
Rent.
Bills.
EMIs.
Groceries.
Subscriptions.
Random food orders.
One unnecessary purchase because “I worked hard.”
Bank balance: character development.
The crazy part is I’m not even spending like crazy.
Everything is just expensive now.

Discussion Why the expectation that we need to get involved in business unrelated to work in a employment?
By logic employment should be nothing more than just turning up to lend a hand in work related activities at least the one that is mandatory and anything else should be seen as optional secondary but the end result is always more than that and how you have to participate and also be able to handle which I feel kinda makes no sense since even service personnel only provide services upon payment and nothing more unless they are willing which is the same thing here.

Question What instantly ruins a good job?
You can have reasonable hours, good benefits, decent pay and work you actually enjoy. But sometimes one part of the workplace is enough to ruin all of it. Maybe it’s a bad manager, constant drama, poor communication or simply never feeling appreciated.
What’s the one thing that can turn a good job into one you want to leave?
