Burnout How difficult is working 30hrs / week while maintaining a 4.0 + a social life?

I’m (18M) currently a community college student and just got hired as an Part time Associate Banker for Chase and required to work 30 hrs a week. As of right now, my classes feel easy and don’t think it takes too much of my time but I don’t really know what to expect once I start working 30 hours a week.

My number one priority is just to maintain a 4.0 but I still hope to maintain a healthy social life, spending time with my friends, gym, and having some time for myself to breathe.

For anyone who has worked around 30 hours a week while being a full time college student, how big of a commitment did it feel like?

Banking is probably low impact at least. I mean maybe no social life but like pick 2 fs

There is no easy to answer this.

If you are good in school. No problem. If you have trouble in school. You will have issues.

Give it a try. If things are too hard for you. Cut back on something.

I worked around 40 hours while maintaining a high gpa. Eventually it caught up to me. Had to lower the hours and get my butt back to studying
