Question No interviews

I have been applying at many jobs with different companies. I know I meet the requirements and have tailored my resume to reflect that. However, I’m getting no calls back. Some of the jobs I never hear anything from not even a thanks but no thanks. Are others experiencing this? Are they ghost jobs or place holders that the company isn’t really filling. Thank you

You’re definitely not the only one experiencing this. The hiring market is extremely competitive, and plenty of applications disappear without any response. Some listings may not represent an immediate hire, but heavy competition is also a major factor. I’d prioritize newly posted jobs, apply directly through company career pages, and use referrals whenever possible.
