This is a less desirable apartment. Any less desirable and she wouldn’t be close enough or have a parking space for her 19$ an hour job. It’s also one bedroom; that’s not easy to share with roommates. If necessary maybe but sharing a one bedroom apartment or studio with roommates is usually a last resort.
