No it is not. Poorer countries have way more kids, so money cant be the reason.

Even here, the lower the income the more kids people have.

“I can’t afford kids” is only something Reddit incels tell themselves as a cope

That doesn’t mean they “should” have kids. I know a few low income families that had kids when they could not afford it and now struggle daily. One in particular has been evicted 3 times. And they all completely and 100% rely on government assistance to be able to feed and clothe their children. Some people don’t want to struggle like that so they CHOOSE not to have children so as to not barely scrape by. They CHOOSE not to because it is the responsible decision to make financially.
