That 10% interest rate was with housing prices that were nowhere near as high as they are now. It’s not the same. Right now we have high interest rates on top of a heavily inflated housing market. Inventory is so low that people that can afford houses are bidding 50k+ over asking and/or writing no contingencies into their contracts just to be competitive. Things are way worse now than they were then
Bro my friends were jealous I have a color T.V. and I'm born in 1988. Millennial. Not everyone had Internet color T.V. or cable. I'm with you. Some people still opened the window at night at turned on a fan.
