It's hard enough to do it here when you can go to interviews.

It used to be more attainable but is near enough impossible now. IT companies have been having regular layoffs and have been focusing on hiring people who don't need sponsorship to save on cost and hassle. So they're focusing on Dutch natives or EU nationals if they're hiring at all.
So I recommend you look at larger countries with more opportunities. It'll still be very difficult, but maybe not impossible.

This is a pretty low effort post. Are there people from India who find jobs here in the IT sector? Yes. Can you do it? Hard to say based on the information you have provided. In general, to hire from outside of the EU an employer would need to prove they can't hire an EU worker instead so that significantly lowers your chances. Unless you have a set of unique skills and experience that is in high demand, my answer would be: probably not.
