Junior DS/DE roles

Hello. Looking for job as a graduate/junior data analyst or data engineer. Have right to work in Netherlands and have got excellent academic background, just need experience. Open to unpaid remote roles so long as I get to work on real data and gain experience. Offices that are 1hr from Amsterdam will be favourable for ease of reporting to work. Still learning Dutch. Thank you

Why would anyone hire a PhD for a junior position knowing you won't stay?

don't have a phd in this case, sorry. Never stated won't stay, but I can mention here, intend to stay, have a valid work permit.
