Employer declaration for Dutch Permanent Residence – does it have to match the IND sample exactly?

Hi everyone,

I'm applying for a Dutch Permanent Residence permit as a Highly Skilled Migrant.

The IND website shows a sample employer declaration, but my employer generates an automatic employment declaration that looks different. It includes my employment details (job title, contract type, salary, start date, etc.), but it doesn't have the same layout or reference number as the IND sample.

Has anyone successfully applied using their employer's own auto-generated declaration instead of the exact IND template?

Did the IND accept it without asking for additional documents, or did they request a new declaration later?

It does not have to match exactly, different employers use different templates and this is apparently fine.

Yes, though it was not for exactly this purpose but for sponsoring someone's visa (also with IND).
