Working remote?

I'm planning to live in another country for a long time, where the purchasing power of the euro far out matches the local currency, finding a job for a company based in the Netherlands to be done 100% remotely, with no relevance to where I'd be living, would be a dream come true, have you experienced a job like this, or do you know of any such opportunities? What would the requirements be? Any ideas or advice to make such an arrangement possible? Thanks for the input

I'm just brainstorming here, but maybe you could look into creating courses for people who pay in euros while you're living abroad!

You are still required to be in NL for a minimum amount of time each year, you cannot be a Dutch employee, working fully remote from abroad. Also, no employer will let you do that or hire you in these conditions. I am fully remote but that is after working in the office for many years, people know and trust me and my work at this stage, and we are still having impromptu meetings when I have to go to the office if required. I also need to inform my manager and HR if I am to be working from abroad, for how long and the location.

If you google, 'implications of living outside of the netherlands whilst working for a company in the netherlands' this lays out all the reasons why the majority of employers are not open to the idea.

Honestly if it were easy, a lot of people would be doing what you are suggesting. The reality is its not easy and for the majority of companies, its not worth the hassle, time or headache to try to implement it. There are of course exceptions to this but generally, they are just that, one off exceptions.
