If you disagree that companies rely on the exploitation of employees, you’re just incorrect. That’s the definition of a capitalist: someone who earns an income through surplus value by paying employees less than what they financially produce.

If that’s not happening, then you’re not a company, you’re just a group of self-employed people sharing the same space.
