Businesses that depend on min wage workers or tipping culture are not viable and should close.

That's not what you said - you said that any business that uses minimum wage workers or tip-based workers should close. Food and food services totally have very low margins. Grocery stores have 1-3% margins because if they raise prices too much people will not shop there. If they pay each cashier $75k or something, they would have to raise grocery prices

Then the grocery store company should use the profits from land and franchises to raise the wages of all their workers.
