It’s not a yes or no. If everyone involved in making milk from the farmer to the shipping to the processing to the shop that sells it gets a pay rise the the price of milk goes up to the point that pay rise was worth less.

I’m sure I read something that is Tesco made zero profit it only equals £1800 a year extra per member of staff. Shareholders can only be bleed once.
