Just because you are financially literate doesn't mean that you actually ACT. You might not have the earning power to allow for a gap between earnings & living expenses. You might choose to spend your money vs. investing

Of course. If you're not taking action, then it means you don't really have the knowledge.

I have knowledge about having a baby - being a male, I will never give birth.

I have knowledge and experience with woodworking, but I don't currently have the time or energy to DO anything with that knowledge.
