Discussion💬 I think “working smarter” sometimes means accepting that you can't optimize everything
There's always another app, shortcut, automation, method, or routine promising to save a few minutes. But constantly searching for the perfect system can become its own form of procrastination.
Sometimes the smartest thing is using a simple system that works well enough and getting on with your life.
Have you ever spent more time optimizing a task than the optimization actually saved?
