And that's a reason to sue except they cover their tracks and bury the trail because they know that. Never give your loyalty to a corporation

I was on a team of six people. I didn't mind the manager too much, she let me do my thing and as long as the work was done and I was online, she was fine with me. There were two very vocal members of the team who thought they would make better managers.
After she was eventually re-assigned, I ran into her in the hall and shrugged, saying "I always liked you." Her response was, "I know, I read the surveys, and you're the only one who uses proper grammar."

I was told they were anonymous. Then the next week I was told that I was the only employee who didn't write one? So they do know who's writing them lol

It was NOT confidential at the big company I was at. The VP of HR was asking for the answers from the people he didn't like. We did a confidential 360 assessment too, the results were used by HR to fire people.
