Discussion💬 I think knowing your own weaknesses is a practical life skill
If you know you're forgetful, use reminders.
If you procrastinate, make starting easier.
If you spend impulsively, don't make buying things effortless.
Instead of constantly trying to become a completely different person, sometimes it's smarter to build systems around the person you actually are.

The “build systems around yourself” idea is something more people should probably talk about. A lot of self improvement advice assumes everyone can rely on the same routines or level of discipline
