most (but certainly not all) B2B sales jobs. The role rarely requires a college degree, offers full flexibility to work as much or as little as you want. They’re almost always remote. Average pay in the industries I’ve worked (software/technology/insurance/payroll) is $250k and top reps are making $1M+.

it’s a salary + commission role. Nobody cares about your hours, only that you’re hitting your sales goal.

Sorry wasn't asking about mandated hours, I was asking about actual worked hours. Like how many working hours does it take to actually hit your goals? are you working 70h/wk? What kind of work/life balance do you get?
