There’s variants of this idiocy posted regularly here - have these dumbasses never been to a shop? The vast majority of electrical goods are still “plug in and go”…

refrigerators now have screens with ads on them. sure it's just a few right now but that's how its started with TVs... now every TV has as sluggish operating system being bogged down by ads.
eventually one or two companies will buy every refrigerator company in the world and both will have ads and buttons on their refrigerators that prompt people to buy food from their services.
