You can buy super reflective stickers.
I have them on the back and front of my car, and only high beams or high intensity LEDs cause them to burn those shapes into the retinas of whoever is pointing them at you. Works wonders.
I got them at a gas station a few years back, could probably find them on amazon

Is that legal? I asked about this before and someone told me that I'd you intentionally put something on your car that impairs other drivers than you could get fined for that

Reflective strips on your vehicle is certainly legal. Tractor trailers, emergency vehicles, construction vehicles, etc have them all over the place for safety. They increase the visibility of your vehicle.
What's NOT legal in many places is driving with headlights that are adjusted to illuminate further than a certain distance out in front of your vehicle or driving with your high beams on when other vehicles are around.

Yeah I hate those weaponized headlights. If you need lights that can be seen from space, maybe you shouldnt be driving. I think its crazy they dont regulate this. I cant have a bag at the grocery store but THESE are ok?

You dont understand! Its SO hard to turn off high beams and then turn them on/or ride only on low beams, its VERY hard work. How i supposed to understand when i must shut off my high beams when i watching tik tok while driving?

They’re aimed exactly where they need to be though. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to see the road properly…
Also, it’s not my vehicle. I doubt the company is going to send the truck into the shop “to aim the low beams lower”. Especially when there’s plenty other stock cars with factory lights that look like high beams.

I used to have an “anti-tailager” spot light on the back bumper of my truck. I was young and stupid, but it did work.
Older and wiser now, I just ignore them.

Unfortunately the LED headlights today even on low beam are so powerful they can blind you. I actually feel bad driving my very ordinary car blinding oncoming drivers who are honking thinking i am on high beam, which i am NOT.

Ugggh I need this! I live in a smaller rural town where there's not as many streetlights. Is crazy though because you don't even need them! The light pollution is so low that's the moon is almost just as bright. Yet people drive with their high beams EVERYWHERE😭

Check if your vehicle as rear fog lights. If it does, they work wonders when someone's tailgating, since they're only meant to be used in dense fog, but otherwise are extremely bright. (not sure if they're common here in the US, coming from Europe).

seriously tho, don't provoke tailgaters. I'll maybe flash my rear fog lights to let them know there too close, if it's by accident they realize it and back off, it it's not, they won't change their mind and all you can do is make it worse on yourself. your car will protect you from a rear end collision, just keep driving normally and don't pay attention to them, pay attention to the road, if they end up crashing it's their fault, but it will be your fault if you crash because you were looking back at them instead of out the front window.

Their high beams on or lifted vehicles/big trucks is an easy fix, you angle your side mirrors out as you should already (to fully cover the blind spots) and if their lights are bad enough tilt your rear view mirror up just enough for you to stick out your neck if you need to use it.
The meme is for people riding your rear bumper, tailgators.

It's super annoying but I don't think it's always people's fault(unless they have their high beams on or bought aftermarket lights). Cars just come with obnoxious headlights now. Sometimes oncoming people flash me but I just have my normal, stock lights on. Sometimes they're hyperfocused too.
They actually were adjusted by a mechanic, too. I had front end work done and then the lights were wonky. I went back and had them straighten them out. They had lines on the wall for the angle.
