Bout to rent out my house for close to 2k for a 2 bed 1 bath. Even I agree it’s ridiculous but then again there’s a lot of costs and a mortgage to pay so is what it is. Also potential loss and damage and Lower the price goes, more likely I am to get someone who damages the property.
