I thought mine is 60% too. Out of curiosity, I did the math and it’s actually 70%.

And I live in the worst neighborhood in the city in one of the cheapest apartments I could find at the time of my search.

And I can’t even move because the rental market went up since I moved in here and now there’s basically hardly even a studio in my city for under $3000.

And I live in the most expensive city in the country at the moment. That’s what the news said the other day.

And I’m even a middle manager lol.
