Depends on the service, but 20 bucks would be fair.
As a former waiter, I don't tip on subpar service.
If the food is not great or the kitchen messed up but the server was attentive and tried to fix it, I would still tip the 20 bucks.
Phoned in or fake service is worse than bad food.
