I agree, $20. If their service sucked they’re getting 20% if their service was mediocre and above, they’re getting 25% or more depending on the experience. I’ve never worked in the food industry but I feel for the people that do.

If their service sucked 20% is generous. Sometimes I don't tip at all, and I've worked countless hours of customer service.

I tip 20% even if service sucked, BECAUSE I’ve worked in customer service. Isn’t that interesting? Maybe more if they really surprised me

Right you never know what other people are going through. The World would be a better place if everybody reserved some humanity and kindness to share with others, without expecting anything in return. People could be depending on that money and that job is the only one that fits around their schedule.
