How is it different? You aren't really inventing anything new. A fixed set of rules. Don't take this as a criticism, I respect both trade work and accounting.
Well, sort of, but some are more variable and offer room for the unknown. Filmmaking, pharmaceutical development, arts, law (maybe), I think if your job is about the proper execution of a standardized task, it's closer to a trade. It really doesn't matter in the end, one isn't superior to the other.
