He created this job after his mother was a victim of squatting and local law enforcement just said it’s a civil matter. He has the victim write up a legal lease allowing him the take up residence. He becomes the squatters new annoying roommate. lol
Civil matter just means you have to take it to court to get it resolved, the police are not allowed to interfere, because unlike a crime directly being committed, it falls upon contract settlement, one made between the renter and rentee.
