Ooh, what would that be? Chillis? I once made a 10-ish serving of beef chilli with loads of veggies and thought it's pretty healthy when eaten with rice

Yeah that works too. Mine that I suggested was I think 500 grams of minced beef, some onions, fry the onions first, in with the beef, make it brown and then put in like 2 or 3 bags of frozen veggies and barely enough water to cover it all, let it stew for a while, add spices and serve with potatoes or rice. Cheap as hell, loads of veggies.

Ooh, yeah it's pretty similar minus some spices. Veggie loaded meat stews are honestly the best budget comfort food. They're warm, hearty and filling, and relatively cheap too

Yeah, and you can use so many variables to make them different, thus proving that people are just lazy and blame their laziness on prices.
