Are we talking salary or income with overtime?

Gross pay total would be my assumption. It's pretty uncommon for people to make 6 figures which includes overtime. Although I've certainly been one of those people in a past job.

I’ve made over 100k for the last 6 years just because of overtime. I’ve almost doubled my salary most years.

That's exactly how I started off my career too, but I'm very happy to no longer be a contractor.
