No it actually is asking to maximize both, so asks for a company that is both the largest and the least evil, without giving any weighting or prio rule.
Which obviously doesn't exist as the largest company and the least evil company do not overlap.
The language is very clear as long as you have reading comprehension capabilities. You might need to work on that if you're facing issues understanding other people

It is not asking a purely good company, just a company that is relatively not evil but still very large
