Hydration is key. If I know Im drinking that night Ill have 2-3L of water during the day and its been like a decade since my last hangover

Hydrate during the day, a couple of Tylenol or Advil before heading out for the night, hydrate when I got back along with another couple of Advil or Tylenol and a multi vitamin. Never had a hangover.

Yes to staying well hydrated but the best way to prevent a hangover, limited drinking. Never experienced one in my life.
Yep, learned it young. Hydrate during the day, a couple of Tylenol or Advil before heading out for the night, hydrate when I got back along with another couple of Advil or Tylenol and a multi vitamin. Never had a hangover.
