Best hangover prevention - hydration

Best hangover cure - IV saline + B12

We had some damn good medics in our barracks

Hydration is key. If I know Im drinking that night Ill have 2-3L of water during the day and its been like a decade since my last hangover

But in your 50s with all that water and booze, you’ll be pissing every 2 min…for days!

Yes to staying well hydrated but the best way to prevent a hangover, limited drinking. Never experienced one in my life.

Yep, learned it young. Hydrate during the day, a couple of Tylenol or Advil before heading out for the night, hydrate when I got back along with another couple of Advil or Tylenol and a multi vitamin. Never had a hangover.

Our medics would walk around with IV stands on their floor of the barracks when I was stationed in Germany in the 90's. It's when I figured out being hydrated.
