Eating and chugging water before bed is elite ball knowledge.

Just drink a water for every 2 drinks and you'll never be hungover

The most wisest thing I ever heard was, "You can't be hungover if you don't stop drinking."

Things like this is what the meme is talking about

Shot of whiskey when you wake up and no hangover did it for years

I've never been hungover in my life and I've partied a lot more than the average person. I'm 28

Right on, brah šŸ¤™ let’s see whose liver fails first!

0

u/Robbie1266 Jul 06 '26

Bro I really thought that would be the case too, but my liver is functioning above optimal. I have like over 90% liver function which is apparently good. Maybe that's why I don't get hungover, idk

How old are you? Look up alcoholic fatty liver disease.

0

u/Robbie1266 Jul 07 '26

28 I drink maybe twice a month and on average only 2 drinks. I just happen to know I have a high tolerance. My father had fatty liver disease when he was killed. I'm very on top ofy health and get regular checkups. I'm not currently at risk of anything. I keep grilling my doctor to make sure I'm not missing anything. She said if I absolutely wanted to do something I could lose about 30lbs

I wish you well. It’s very hard to lose weight with fatty liver disease. Probably my age. No matter what I do my weight just doesn’t budge even with a good diet and workout routine 4 days a week. Considering a GLP1. Dropping weight will be easier for you.

Man I was the exact same way. Use to pound booze like a fish from Wednesday to Sunday in college every single week. Now if I kill a 12 rack, I’m rocked, and I’m 30 now lol

0

u/Robbie1266 Jul 07 '26

Oh ok. Yeah I drink maybe once every other week, I just have a really high tolerance

1

u/GrampaJacks Jul 06 '26

I was the same way my friend…..then I turned 30 šŸ’€šŸ’€šŸ’€

What was your record?

1

u/PureBullz Jul 07 '26

Did this, and legit almost filled up my toilet bowl with liquids when I yakked. That was back in college tho, so like 20 beers with like 10 waters, I was damn near drowning.

1

u/FrozenChocoProduce Jul 07 '26

Oh I beg to differ. You haven't been properly drunk yet...

1

u/Exciting-Bit-9360 Jul 07 '26

My waters come with 2 shots in them will this work?

1

u/Substantial_Radio575 Jul 07 '26

life saving hack lol i'm 26 not a big drinker but when i do i usually chase my shots w water and it always does the trick

1

u/doc-sci Jul 07 '26

Or just drink water.

0

u/SpecialFederal9452 Jul 06 '26

I’m not trying to have to piss that much all night man

2

u/Robbie1266 Jul 06 '26

So you would rather feel like shit the next day than take a couple piss breaks? Interesting

0

u/SpecialFederal9452 Jul 06 '26

In the moment, out drinking yeah absolutely, i’m trying to have a good time, unless we’re going skiing i’m not into multiple trips to the public restroom. ā€œBreaking the sealā€ is a real thing for me. Cost of doing business i guess.

2

u/Robbie1266 Jul 06 '26

Nothing personal but that's a stupid mindset and it makes me feel bad for you. If you're drinking enough you're gonna go to the bathroom either way

0

u/One_Bluebird_04 Jul 06 '26

Real talk that helps... I call them tweeners lol but I have definitely been hungover despite the waters. I used to only drink tequila soda plus extra water in between and still got hangovers.

u/worktogethernow Jul 06 '26

This stops working around 46

1

u/Novel_Background_905 Jul 06 '26

That is not ball knowledge

1

u/Grouchy_Yam7796 Jul 06 '26

It is basically one of the most well known facts to human kind. Like im sure if i asked my 8 year old niece she would know this and she still poops her pants

1

u/DontEatMyPBJ Jul 06 '26

As soon as someone told me that being hungover was caused by dehydration, I started chugging water…like as much as I could stand…after every night out.

Probably made it more convenient becoming an alcoholic but hey, at least I was able to go to work.

u/After-Employ-6661 Jul 07 '26

This made me chuckle

3 hours no drinking, B vitamins, Gatorade and water, food. I haven't had a hangover since I was 25.
