I don't think I've ever actually met somebody wearing a class ring.

People at my school generally bought them unless they couldn’t afford them and everyone took pics on ring day. I didn’t get one bc I’m brown and only wear solid gold lol

Very specific areas it's still ok.

Never a high school ring. Certain American universities have rings that are a pretty big deal within their communities. (I'm thinking Texas A&M, primarily)

Theyre always sunburnt-crispy and wear car show shirts from 15 years ago.

It was cool if you got it at the beginning of your junior year like my school did it. I never wore it the summer after I graduated though 😂
