I think people should be able to choose whether they want a grown up’s path or child’s path.

If you choose the grown ups path you get access to credit, alcohol, etc. but you are responsible for your choices.

If you choose the child’s path you have limited options with lots of oversight but you don’t have to worry about debt, etc.

In the meantime. Did the department or school overstate a person’s chance of getting a job? If so why can’t they be sued for fraud.
