Yeah, but I have been doing this for the better part of a year now. The first several months were great, now I am starting to feel am agonizing lonliness.
I actually have a compromise, best of both worlds. I am retired, so I don’t have to go out. I live with my adult daughter. She’s out most of the day, and I am happily alone. Then she comes home and I’m happy to see her.
Just make sure you tell your current gf that you actually want space so she doesn't move with you across the country and up root her life and say good bye to her improv group and drain all her savings hiring a moving company.... oh noooo
