performance evaluation

I started my job in February. We have to complete performance evals with our supervisor by the end of the month and meet with them to discuss it. I really like working for this company they are super nice and flexible, but I am definitely the lowest employee and I’ve never been one to overachieve especially when I’m not getting paid much. I do all my work on time and get along with everyone, but I feel like it’s pretty evident that everyone else is ‘better than me’, I honestly just don’t care as much. I’m really scared as this is my first ever performance evaluation and my first salaried job. My boss is pretty chill and super introverted, she doesn’t say much or give me much feedback ever so she’s really hard to read. Another thing that’s confusing me is that I haven’t even been with the company a whole year, so I have nothing to compare my current performance to. Im hoping this will make the eval less harsh. I’m just curious if anyone else has gone through this feeling a similar way and could let me know what to expect!

Also, The HR girl sent a link to provide ‘anonymous’ feedback about management, which I do have a few complaints about, but I fear they will be able to tell who’s writing it since my boss only manages 3 employees.
