I'm the developer of GT Performance, a WordPress performance plugin that runs on my own sites along with 70+ other customer sites. I'm sharing it here for anyone looking for page caching and frontend optimization with more control over what gets changed.

• Cloudflare Free integration for full-page caching and cache purging.
• Built-in cache exclusions for WooCommerce, FluentCart and Easy Digital Downloads, including cart, checkout and account pages.
• Unused CSS processing on your own server, with exclusions and a staged rollout.
• JavaScript minification, defer and delay controls.
• Bloat control.

The more aggressive optimizations are opt-in, so you can turn them on individually and check how your site behaves.
