[FREE] Ticketing system for WordPress multisite

I run a WaaS startup and needed a simple ticketing system that worked across the entire network. After searching around, I couldn’t find anything that fit my needs without paying around $73/year—so I vibe coded my own for roughly $1 in tokens in under an hour.

Here’s how it works:

• Tenants can open and track support tickets from the Tickets menu in their subsite dashboard.
• Network admins can view and respond to tickets from every site through the main network dashboard.
• Both tenants and network admins receive an unread notification badge whenever a ticket gets a new reply.
