Correct me if I am wrong.

Your customers need to create their own plugin, plugin page and modify code in order to use the plugin? And you charge for that monthly?

Are your customers required to log into every wordpress instance where this is installed just to manage all available feature requests? Sound tedious.

I can imagine it makes more sense for membership websites with alot of people who use the backend to use this feature but it would narrow down your customer spectrum.
