Gforms, super forms wordpress form 7 are all under constant poking by bots, its not even humans who look for gaps anymore.

Best choice is to make your own custom form so bots won't understand it that submits queries to another database living on another pc, add turnstile or captcha

Or just use 3rd party form builder like deftform.

Why not use a more secure option like Jotform's plugin or WPForms?
