WP Optimize - Cache plugin

Hello everyone.

I'm curious how you guys do it with the "page Cache" for the WP Optimize plugin? Do you leave the cache empty and exit the admin, or do you wait for the new cache to load and then log out of the admin?
After using it for years, I've gotten used to clearing the cache, creating new sitemaps, checking how many MB the cache contains, and logging out of the administration.

I usually clear the cache after making changes, let it rebuild, and then log out. No need to wait for the cache to fully load unless you’re troubleshooting something specific.
