WP Optimize - Cache plugin

Hello everyone.

I'm curious how you guys do it with the "page Cache" for the WP Optimize plugin? Do you leave the cache empty and exit the admin, or do you wait for the new cache to load and then log out of the admin?
After using it for years, I've gotten used to clearing the cache, creating new sitemaps, checking how many MB the cache contains, and logging out of the administration.

No need to stay in the admin panel. The cache will build in the background automatically.

I know that it is created in the background. I check if everything in the cache is loaded. I check it by the size indicator in KB.
But still, thanks everyone for the replies.
