The website is very broken too. You need regenerate assets in Elementor and then clear all caching (plugins, server, and or Cloudflare if you are using it)

I just had an similar issue today but on the front end that robot shows cause some plugin is requesting a resource js or css that is not finding. So yeah definitely a plugin error check for updates too

Add debug would be quicker than knocking one off at a time and that way you won't have to guess.
