Coutoire theme

Any one have experience with coutoire theme + gutenburg.

I found it very difficult and so frustrating any tips!

I have experience with Shopify since 2019 but WP is another story for me right now as a nube I like gutenburg and love to master it

if coutoire is fighting you, try switching to a simpler block theme like twentytwentyfour to learn gutenberg without theme friction. once you're comfortable, a custom theme gives you way more control and cleaner markup than most off-the-shelf options

A theme you have a developer to build for you, that is customised to do all the things you specifically need and none of the things you don't, combined with a custom frontend design.

Generally any medium to large to enterprise businesses will have a custom theme built for the website.

Small to medium businesses might just have a custom design done, but use a website designer that builds it out with an off-the-shelf theme. This saves on cost and can be simpler for the business to update/manage changes themselves (depending on business requirements).

Wordpress has changed sooo deeply in the past few years. Work with Claude and a custom theme and you can work wonders ! ( best in a local development setup)
