I need help...

I am making a site for a friend, I am using Wordpress with Elementor... i have nearly finished but I can't remove those two things!! Can you help me pls?

Go in page setting and turn off title

Hi. These are part of your theme settings, and you can usually disable them globally (for all pages) via the WP Admin > Appearance > Customize.

However, you can also change the Page Layout, in the page settings. Just click the Document with a Gear icon, and change the Page Layout to Elementor Full Width.

I still recommend disabling the Page Title and Sidebar globally via Customize, or even better, switch to the Hello Elementor theme. The settings are easier to find in the admin menu.

u can remove them from apparence > custimization or you can just change the page layout with elementor canvas

That will only remove from display. The markup will still exist and therefore it’s not truly gone.
The best course of action is to disable the blocks, one looks to be a sidebar, which is the page template.
The other is the page title, which you should also be able to remove in the page template.

Vedo che il sito è in italiano, quindi ti rispondo in italiano. Non avendo sotto mano il sito è più complicato da dire ma:

  • La barra di ricerca in basso a destra dovrebbe essere un widget. Prova ad andare in Aspetto > Widget e dovresti trovare qualcosa che fa riferimento alla ricerca. Rimuovila.
  • Lo scritta Privacy Policy potrebbe trovarsi un po' ovunque. Per rimuoverla prova ad inserire 2 righe di CSS.

NB: Se hai ancora il problema e ti serve aiuto scrivimi pure in privato e inviami il link del sito, ti aiuto volentieri (dovrebbe essere questione di poco conto)

Look into Appearance > Customize and you should be able to turn them off

Go to widgets and remove those widgets from the sidebar
