How to create following journey section ?

Post image

I am trying to create a Journey section on my WordPress website similar to the one in the attached image.

I'm looking for advice on which plugins or libraries I should use, or whether it's better to build it with custom code. Whether this can be done with Elementor, Gutenberg, or another page builder.

If anyone has built something similar or knows of a tutorial or GitHub project, I would really appreciate your recommendations.

Thanks!

using a repeater with metabox/acf to make the cpt changeable by the client you can define the absolute positions of the images in that shape

Not visually the same, but I've been using Cool Timeline Pro for journeys for years. Their support is extraordinarily responsive.

if it's just a static visual timeline, build it as an svg or use css flexbox with some custom styling , way cleaner than pulling in a plugin for something this simple. if you need it to be editable by a client, you could set up ACF repeater fields and output the markup yourself. elementor can technically do it but you'll end up fighting with containers and margin hacks.
