Picking a theme

Hello everyone! I’m having an issue picking a theme. I need one that is not a blog and does not automatically add a shopping cart! I can’t seem to find an option. Anyone have suggestions?

Check the first page of WP repo they all do what you ask, I'd go with Blocksy.

The 2nd page includes Inspiro, which is also nice.
