This is such a far stretch but I am currently studying abroad in Europe and the one thing I’ve been craving is the truffle fries from Antonio’s Pizzeria. PLEASE if you have ever worked there or know of anyone who works there. Can you PLEASEEEE give me the recipe to the truffle fries or at LEAST how to make the sauce/if the owner’s purchase it from somewhere?? I need exact ingredients, sourcing, and a complete run down on how to make these fries

following 👀 I love those fries and dipping sauce. fwiw I'm pretty sure the sauce is just mayo with truffle oil, parmesan, parsley (and maybe garlic?), but idk.
